Only two in that group have been schceduled to visit (Ridley & Vander Esch). Hernandez, Evans and Kolton Miller also visiting that are talked about as 1st rounders.
They already have visited with or have scheduled visits with almost everyone on that list

I'm talking 30 visits. If you go by just who they've spoken too between the senior bowl, combine and pro days etc you'd have a list of 200 guys.

 Not even one play to point to. Some of you posters are so annoying lol
Sorry, bro. I saw too much softness from him in this video and not even against one of the stronger Div I schools. He was getting blocked 9 out of 10 times by Olinemen that were coming at him. Didn't see much burst or penetration from him. The RB kept going by him in between the Tackles. In coverage, he was pretty much worthless other than a play or two. Just don't see him as 1st round material... other than having the size, combine #s and especially the hype. Cowboys wasted last year's 1st round pick on Taco. I see LVE in the same mold. Not worth a 1st round pick.

I don't know about soft but he's easily knocked around and looks to have poor balance. How many times did you see a linemen or TE get hands on him, how many times did he end up on the ground during a play?

He's 6'4 250lbs, with 34-inch arms and speed.......so why are so many dudes getting hands on him and locking him up? He should be untouchable but instead RB's are blowing right by him while he's locked up by some JAG college linemen. He needs to learn to use that leverage he's got, the way he plays he might as well have T-Rex arms.

update

3/29/18 11am cst

Of the most recent versions of 85 post-combine mocks so far, here are the whopping 21 players being mocked to Dallas in Round 1:

11__Da'Ron Payne, DT
10__Courtland Sutton, WR
9__Calvin Ridley, WR
7__DJ Moore, WR
5__Marcus Davenport, DE
5__Rashaan Evans, LB
5__Christian Kirk, WR
5__Vita Vea, DT
4__Taven Bryan, DT
4__Roquan Smith, LB
4__Leighton Vander Esch, LB
3__Derwin James, S
2__Maurice Hurst, DT
2__Arden Key, DE
2__Conner Williams, OT
2__Isaiah Wynn, OG
1__Mike Hughes, CB
1__Josh Jackson, CB
1__Mike McGlinchey, OT
1__Harrison Phillips, DT
1__James Washington, WR

Still a lot of WRs near the top, but the very most recent mocks (within the last 5-6 days) are starting to give Dallas defensive players with assumption that the Cowboys added two WRs in FA and may now wait until later if they take one in the draft.
I'll keep updating this very 5-7 days. Should be interesting to see where it goes. 4 more weeks.

Give me Ridley over every other receiver being mocked to us.

Love Payne but need to see him on the pre 30

Of the most recent versions of 96 post-combine mocks so far, here are the whopping 24 different players being mocked to Dallas in Round 1::omg:

15__Calvin Ridley, WR
14__Da'Ron Payne, DT
12__Courtland Sutton, WR
6__Leighton Vander Esch, LB
5__Rashaan Evans, LB
5__Maurice Hurst, DT
5__Christian Kirk, WR
5__DJ Moore, WR
4__Taven Bryan, DT
4__Vita Vea, DT
3__Derwin James, S
3__Roquan Smith, LB
2__Arden Key, DE
2__James Washington, WR
2__Conner Williams, OT
1__Marcus Davenport, DE
1__Carlton Davis, DB,
1__Goedert, TE,
1__Hernandez, OG,
1__Mike Hughes, CB
1__Josh Jackson, CB
1__Mike McGlinchey, OT
1__Harrison Phillips, DT
2__Isaiah Wynn, OG

24 different players being mocked to Dallas shows some extreme uncertainty.
Ridley and Payne remain the favorites.
Hurst and Vander Esch are moving up in place of some of the WRs, after Dallas added 2 WRs in FA. We'll see if they can catch Sutton before draft day.
I'll keep updating this very 5-7 days. Should be interesting to see where it goes. 3 more weeks.

Vander Esch isn't soft, he just has no idea how to use his hands. The play starting at 3:49 in the video in this thread (Virginia game) is the perfect example. It's a running play to the right, and Vander Esch smashes into the guard (#67) with his shoulder, and knocks him back a bit. Not the play of a soft player, in my opinion. However, after knocking the guard backwards, he continues in a straight line towards the ball carrier, and the guard recovers and just pushes him to the side and then to the ground. He needs to fight off the guard with his hands. I don't know how easy it is to teach linebackers to take on blocks at the NFL level, but if he learns to use his hands to fight off blocks he looks like he will be very good, and if he doesn't learn, he will never amount to much. He looks like a boom-or-bust pick to me. My guess is that the reason Vander Esch has been rising so much in the draft is because teams think his inability to take on blocks is due to inexperience at the position, and that he can be coached up.

watch L.V.E.,LB-Boise St.....and if all this chatter about Collins to OG is true......watch Notre Dame OT Mike McGlinchey....2 names from the 1 vote category to keep an eye on.

I still think its Ridley,Hernandez or Evans.....lean toward Ridley if he is there.....if not.....Hernandez.

+1 ...to be honest, I think this more of a real possibility than fans realize.
