Players being Mocked to Cowboys--Post-combine

Because I'm already keeping track of post combine mock drafts to track the WRs, I may as well track who each of these mock drafts are having the Cowboys take in the 1st round.

So far, I've tracked 45 mock drafts, post combine. there are usually about 60 main guys nationwide doing these mocks, so there's a few who haven't released their latest version (Kiper, Brooks and Casserly, for example).

Of the approximately 45 post-combine mocks so far, here are the whopping 15 players being mocked to Dallas in Round 1:

he's the best OT in the class.
JJ loves to draft guys that are rated #1 in something....ncaa season or career stat or in position group in draft.
If he is on the board at #19.......the best OT in the group....thats gonna be VERY tempting to JJ.

Draft this kid and he immediately becomes not your future RT but maybe Tyron Smith's back-up AND future replacement if an injury forces him to leave the game early. I think this whole Collins back to guard issue has just as much to do with preparing for Tyron Smith health issues and protecting Dak blind side for 16 games.

if you look at the official 30 list.....only 1 interior OL is named....James Daniels,C/G-Iowa....the other OL are all Tackles.
To me that gives serious weight to the chatter about Collins moving to OG.....if he wasnt then wouldnt more OGs be on it.
And it could change.
It looks like they are looking for a young OT to get ready for next year when Fleming is a f/a.

Moore, Sutton, and Ridley at all at or near the top. When Ridley is not taken before 19, he is almost always the WR taken...but he usually goes to Arizona or Baltimore. But now, there are a few cases where all three are available, but either Moore or Sutton taken instead of him.
That is different from earlier.

Vander Esch and Evans are risers as well.

Here is a list showing who was the first WR selected.

91--Ridley (76%)
19--Moore (16%)
9--Sutton (7%)
1--Kirk (1%)

So the drafts that have us taking Moore and Sutton, almost always have Ridley going before 19. Does not mean we wouldn't still take the same player, but 75% of the time he's the first off the board.
