McCarthy gets fired after 1 year. Rodgers laughs....

Maybe Rodgers does laugh at Big Mac getting exposed for what he is ... but perhaps then he cries knowing that his prime was wasted?

For those old enough, remember how MJ forced Doug Collins out as coach of the Bulls ... knowing Collins was not going to take Chicago to a title despite Michael's extraordinary talent?

It doesn't really work that way in the NFL, but what exactly is a talented QB supposed to do if he has an, at best, mediocre coach leading him?

Gonna be fascinating to see if Dak is willing to hitch his wagon to Big Mac.

Fascinating.

Doesn't matter who they are talking to if it's being said aloud. Let's see who runs to defend the coaches. If there's that kind of a divide in the locker room that's an even bigger mess.

i was just thinking about saying the very same thang ... these are players getting so frustrated and their confidence and
spirit crushed before the world .....that they are the utter laughing stock of the NFL world, ..that they are lashing out
first among themselves ..and every so more leaking to the media sources .

- once players start pointing fingers among each other internally.. then it becomes pointing fingers at the coaches internally
...and that's when they start speaking out publicly against the coaches and not playing hard for them

..and that's when they start giving up and flat not competing at all. ..

This is the saddest part of all of this. I saw Lamb smiling through the blowout yesterday. Young buls are getting indoctrinated into the losing culture. @The Natural @stilltheguru @WillieBeamen @DejectedFan1996

Trevon was smiling as we were losing to the Browns a couple weeks ago too. Score was still 41-14 and he was just smiling. Rest of the defense looked depressed and apathetic, as usual.

this team is a joke

It's the same theory as Rod Marinelli,Jeff Heath, etc.

Just because the new guy sucks doesn't mean the previous guy was suddenly good.

Darian Thompson sucks at safety? Jeff Heath is the 4th safety in Las Vegas. He sucks too.

Mike McCarthy is basically Jason Garrett who once got to coach Aaron Rodgers. Garrett is awful as an OC in New York. Great person, horrible football coach.

Mike Nolan could not get a DC job in the NFL for the past 6 years until McCarthy came along. Meanwhile, Rod Marinelli is now just a position coach in the league. Both are outdated and ill-equipped to be DC's at the NFL level.

Look at the former anointed Cowboys coaches:
Kris Richard was once being looked at as a future HC. Now? out of the league.

Sanjay Lal was allegedly an innovative WR coach? He's now just an offensive assistant for the Seahawks.

Scott Linehan? Currently the assistant OC for a very bad LSU offense.

Special Teams Coordinator Keith O'Quinn had zero business in that role. He's been put back in an administrative role with the Front Office.

Matt Eberflus might be one of the very few anointed Cowboys coaches from the past decade that has found success.

Kellen Moore and Will McClay fall in the anointed category for me too. I don't think they are what many here keep claiming they are. I also think this will be proven true in the very near future.

Bill Callahan and Frank Pollack spoke out against the suspect culture on this team. They are both still decent coaches.

Aldon Smith has hit a wall it looks like after a fast start. But I see holding at the top of the picture. In fact, I saw a lot of holding all night not called, I am not talking about the shirty grabby stuff, I cam talking about tackling defenders out in the open.

i guess that's either the after effect of not being able to physically play in 4 years,.. even it's just 6 games,

or could it be Aldon has lost his motivation and intensity with all the struggles on defense, .and confusion on defense ?

but regardless he doesn't look nuthin' like the player he was the first 3 weeks ..

I don't think he will do that........don't be surprised if he starts benching guys, including Zeke if he can't fix his fumbling issues.
You're falling for it.

McCarthy: "Zeke your benched."
Zeke will go immediately to Jerry's office.
Jerry will then summon McCarthy to his office.

McCarthy: "Okay Zeke, let's try to hold onto the ball buddy."

it shows you how pathetic they really are. even if there is truth to it i would be hard pressed to name one player who was playing well enough to say anything.
Zack Martin,Dak Prescott, Lamb and CeeDee would be the only players able to say something.

If I was the coaches I would be furious about this being said. Coaches can't force players to try hard. It's not the coaches fault Jaylon puts effort into 10-15% of the plays. It's not the coaches fault that Zeke's offseason preperation includes holdouts, endangered animal smuggling, car accidents, pushing security guards and ripping women's bikinis off. Maybe working on not fumbling could be put in there. It's not the coaches fault Lael Collins showed up out of shape. I can go on and on. The coaches are responsible for what they are doing wrong and publicly taking accountability. It sickens me the players are acting this way. I'm glad Cooper said what he said about not liking losing. I'm even glad Zeke said it was his fault yesterday. Whoever these other players are, they are a joke of a man. Man up and be accountable.

Im all for roasting the coaches but please let us not forget the players responsibility in all of this.

Remember this was the season we finally held them accountable?

this is a serious problem that needs to be nipped in the bud. problem is, interim hc's are usually on the staff, and other than kellen moore, i'm not sure if any of our assistants are qualified. the fo needs to make a decision and quickly.
