Players you're excited about and why...

Martellus Bennett - I wasn't big on drafting him or Fasano. But I've always liked the idea of what you can do with two good tight ends. I think we can really do some creative stuff on offense if we use this guy right.

Mickens/Smith - Really excited about these two, wondering why Smith is being worked in at safety.

Butler, Williams, Williams, Hodge - best depth ive seen in our lb corps in a minute... Loving the youth trend, except for us signing brooking, i hope im wrong about that guy.

Sensabuam - Really hoping he can shore up the coverage from the strong safety position. If we were so high on this guy, why did we just sign him to a one year, see what you can do contract? I guess we did the same thing with hamlin, hopefully we'll get his best effort.

Olshanksy - I hope he can bring some more grit to the defensive line. I'm really worried about a drop off, especially if anything happens to the starers. Still high on Bowen and Hatcher though.

Felix Jones...If he stays healthy this is an entirely different offense. I'm not calling for him to be a starter but he will make a lot of big plays for us in a relief role. There is so much we can do with him in the offense that no other player we have can let us do. I want to see us exploit that added dimension that he will give us.

Igor Olshansky...Have a feeling we won't miss Canty at all.

Gerald Sensabaugh...While I will miss Roy, his coverage skills will help big.

Mike Jenkins...His closing speed and footwork was impressive.

I'm excited about all the players and this season!!! I'm going through Dallas Cowboy withdrawls!! I hope Romo and Roy tear it up and shut up all the critics. This is a make or break year for Romo IMO. If he has a rough year or fails to win a playoff game there will be uproar.

Felix is going to set the NFL on fire. It's a shame he got injured. The NFL got lucky in 2008. He comes back hungry and tears the league up. We are talking Marshall Faulk Jr status. 750 rush yards 600 receiving.

buehler- seriously

spencer- I still remember him with a mohawk at the combine and him saying his mom told him it looks cute. Liked the kid then and was glad we picked him up. I see 10+ sacks for him.

Mcbriar- will be nice to see him booming those punts again.
