I think another caveat is that is now the 2nd playoff game. Atlanta straight up assaulted the Seattle Defense. This was going to be child play for them plus having worked a real game the week before.

If Dallas had somehow made it to this game, I think at least the slow start bug would have been eliminated from the conversation, and we'd be here wondering if we can go blow for blow with this offense in a shootout. Atlanta would not take foot off throttle like GB did.

Tip ya hat on this one... their Offense leads the league and feature a prolific passing game. We were ball control oriented and hit people with the run. Not to say we are bad balogna or anything, but they are most certainly more explosive than us for a game vs. the Packers offense..

They're good and it may be true it just seemed like it was said as a shot at us more than anything.

Bottomline is that our 31 points really isnt all that special vs Green Bays depleted defense.

All remaining teams would top that at home

The key still is to keep them at about 30 if possible. That shouldnt be too much to ask of a defense.

Atlanta has never won a SB. I am more than ok with them taking one this year. As much as our plans complain about heartbreak, Atlanta has never known anything but.

They aren't that far away. They Had 3 weeks of rest and were rusty. They also played a Packers team that cruised through there first game. Dallas also had to fight the refs and almost pulled it out.

The Packers are probably mentally and emotionally exhausted from last week

Atlanta needs to keep the pedal on the metal because in 2012 they had a huge lead evaporate on SF in the second half of the NFC title game and that was also in Atlanta.
