Losing to the Panthers, Cardinals and tying Green Bay killed the Cowboys playoff chances.

Losing to cardinals was what really hurt this team the most.

Same. Look at who the Bears have beaten. Their BEST win was against US, before we had any semblance of a defense.

Like I said a few weeks ago. Dallas has a great shot at not just making the playoffs but overtaking the Eagles for the division.

Tomorrow is a big game for them.....they stumble.....It opens the door

They lost too many games early, so now every game moving forward is an elimination game for the Cowboys.

Can Dak and the defense put ALL this pressure on their backs and win out? In Schotty's first year as a headcoach?

I just don't see it, too much has to go right...including overcoming penalties/refs and inevitable slow starts.

But it's nice to where that Cinderella slipper until they can't....they still have a LOT of work to do.

GB or Chicago, and they still have to play each other twice. (also PHi losing 3x).

Next week really is the season.........I played around with the generator and gave us a loss against the Lions just to see what would happen.

There were NO SCENARIOS I found where the Cowboys made the playoffs after losing to Detroit next week.

Only scenario where Cowboys got in the playoffs with another loss was against the Chargers (AFC team).

So, this is basically it folks. Cant lose another game to an NFC team and make the playoffs. Lions really are week 1 of the playoffs for us.

Sweeping the eagles would have put us in a very good position right now.
