Regardless whether they win or lose New Orleans now is the #1 overall NFC seed.

Giants over Vikings
Cardinals over Packers

1. Saints
2. Cardinals
3. Cowboys
4. Vikings
5. Eagles
6. Packers

Scenario #3

Cowboys over Eagles
Packers over Cardinals
Vikings over Giants

1. Saints
2. Vikings
3. Cowboys
4. Cardinals
5. Packers
6. Eagles

Scenario #4

Cowboys over Eagles
Vikings over Giants
Cardinals over Packers

1. Saints
2. Vikings
3. Cardinals
4. Cowboys
5. Eagles
6. Packers

Scenario #5

Eagles over Cowboys
Giants over Vikings
Cardinals over Packers

1. Saints
2. Eagles
3. Cardinals
4. Vikings
5. Packers
6. Cowboys

Crazy thing is Scenario 1 really isn't far fetched like I thought two weeks ago the way things have played out.

so if we win we will most likely have a rematch the very next week. that sucks.

i think Scenario 4 is the most likely. Vikings are tough to beat at home. And GB hasn't beat a quality road team yet.

Obviously, I want scenario 1 or 2 to happen. If we can't get the #2 seed, I want another shot at GB at home.

I think us as the 4th seed would be the most likely. The Vikes are unbeaten at home and know they have to win just to have a shot at the 2nd seed. The Giants couldnt even come up with a competitive effort when they had a chance to make the playoffs last week, so its seems unlikely to me that we
ll see enough effort for them play well enough to win this game.

Then there's the Cardinals. If the Vikes lose, they are gonna be sky high wanting to win because they know if we beat Philly they get the bye. The Packers have the least to gain of any NFC playoff team tomorrow, I just have a hard time seeing them treating this as a "real" game, especially since there's a really good chance they could be playing Arizona again the next week win or lose.

Yes, if the Vikings win too.

Thanks Hos! Much appreciated!

Once everything is determined, I assume they'll announce the schedule. If anyone hears what that is can you please post it in this thread.

I have multiple flights on hold and would love to pull the trigger ASAP.

This forum is the best!

I think scenario 4 is the most likely as well. I just dont see the G-men going into Minny and winning when they couldnt even get fired up to beat a mediocre Panther team in the final game at Giant Stadium. Green Bay has not beat a good team on the road this year, all their wins over good teams were in Lambeau. So I see the Cards taking care of business at home.

So Minny wins, Arizona wins, and we win = scenario 4

If the Giants let Jonathan Stewart rack up over 200 yards last week, I shudder to think what AP will do!

Guys I wouldn´t mind to lose against the eagles. I mean, we will see all the Eagles players celebrate in our own stadium. That will get our team mad. Then we will go on a roll and beat the hell out of them in the NFC-Championship game in their house and they will have to watch our celebrations from our players as we advance to the super bowl. That would make my day. :D

Me thinks that after Sunday, we're gonna have another reason to hate the Giants.

I can't believe that the dogs we saw manhandled by the Panthers are going to put forth any kind of effort vs the Vikings.

I want Arizona. Ratliff and Ware will feast on Warner. It doesn't matter if we're on the road--we'll have plenty of support in their turf. There's no doubt in my mind that playing Arizona gives Dallas the best chance of ending their playoff victory drought.

what the poster means is we would have to beat the eagles for a 2nd time in a short period and a 3rd time overall in one season. That's what sucks

might be playing them two more times regardless, and I'd much prefer to have them back to back at home than have one game this week and maybe a NFC Championship game at their place.

Playing that team on the road, late January in Philly isnt a good scenario IMO. Could be a major weather game.
