Seahawks, raiders or eagles and do what we need to against the lower-talents Chargers, Skins and Giants.
Otherwise Jerry is humiliated again, thanks to his insistence on a milqtoast HC and his ineptness at being GM.

Chargers just dropped a 50 burger on someone. Commanders took the Saints to the wire at home. Giants beat the Chiefs (Remember the Chiefs? We beat them and acted like we won the Super Bowl?). We might not win another game.

The chargers are not Lower talents.

There offense is super talented and their pass rush is also. They should be a playoff team in a very weak afc but for some reason they find ways to lose games.

I fear they may score in the 40’s Thursday. It could be the straw that breaks the camels back with this current group in this era.

Even Jerry and Stephen would have to accept reality if they are blown out in prime time twice in four days

The NFC is way too difficult this year. Some seasons, 7-9 is good enough to get you a wildcard. This year, 10-6 is the minimum needed to even be in the discussion and then it may come down to tiebreakers.

9-7 may not do it. We may need to run the table. It's definitely possible but we've just got so many holes right now. Last season we had maybe the best offensive line in the game along with the best running back. Last night we had only two of those linemen in the game and the running back was out. Last year everyone counted Green Bay out at this point and they recovered to win make a deep playoff run.

Magic 8 ball answers: Can we? Yes. Will we? Doesn't look good.

If you look at Detroit’s schedule i really think they can get to 11 wins.

I thought Dallas would lose last night and could still get to ten wins but now I am not sure they can get to 7.

I may agree with you on this on the last part. If the Chargers win 40-21 or a something similar, they have to give this coaching staff a side eye.

I just cannot fathom how you can win games with this defense. No Sean Lee and no Hitchens means Jaylon on every snap. He isn't ready for that and it shows. This defense cannot currently stop a nose bleed.

I thought Dallas would lose last night and could still get to ten wins but now I am not sure they can get to 7.

If they win on Thursday and we lose to the Chargers, that finishes us. That would put them at 7-4 and put us at 5-6. We aren't catching the Lions if that happens. A win for the Lions over the Vikings will give them major confidence for the rest of the season. In fact, that Viking game may be the best game of the day.
