Dallas is projected mid draft. Other skill players will be picked ahead of Herbert. And he'd falls to us at 17 or 15 if we can moved up.

LA Chargers
Carolina
Raiders
Colts

Justin Herbert is considered the 3rd best prospect in the draft. If everything goes and expected, Cincy takes Burrow, Miami gets Tua, then the Chargers take Herbert (or Fromm), Carolina gets Herbert, Fromm or Eason, Raiders get one of those , Colts take the last man standing....

Unless somebody goes off program and drafts a position other than QB!
