Here we go already.......starting before the game even starts with the "Zeke story", mentions of salary.
I'd ask.....If Zeke can play with a bad knee for a season, why can't TPollard play with a tummy ache for one game? Just wondering.

Well, seeing as how in your other post (within the Cooper Rush passing for 400 yards thread) you are making excuses for Zeke not performing before the game has been played what is the difference in my referencing his salary and underperforming as the league's highest paid RB?

"TPollard may not play, Rams stacking against the run, daring Cooper Rush to beat them, KMoore calling ridiculous plays, OL missing blocks, Red zone failures, 3 and outs, ...........let's just dimiss all that.......and watch the Zeke hate and salary whining be the theme on this board"

Got it all wrong USArmyVet......the theme on this board is to blame Zeke BEFORE he gets off the team bus. Back in Zeke's pockets again, too. Where were you when TRomo was the highest paid QB and we still couldn't sniff deep into the playoffs?

Unless you commented on Zeke being underpaid during his rookie contract.......why be concerned with the salary now.......and overlook other things or added failures that cause a play to be breakdown or be ineffective. If the Rams say "We knew what they were going to do.".......then what?

I definitely will comment on Zeke mistakes, but I ain't about to blast him for all the team mistakes or provide immunity for some because they make minimum wage.

Regarding Romo, I wasn't on the board then but was not a fan of giving him the new contract as he hadn't shown an ability to elevate the team deep into the playoffs.

As for Zeke's rookie contract versus him counting $18M against the cap now, of course that will be an issue when he doesn't live up to the contract just like Christian M. should get grief for getting paid and now not showing up.

That theory......It's alright to be underpaid, but ain't alright to be overpaid. Hope you never experienced the underpaid, surely you would have returned $$ if you were overpaid.
Got it....all good because we have differing opinions. Enjoy the game!

I didn't say it isn't alright to be overpaid but keep in mind Zeke held out with 2 years remaining on his rookie deal because he felt he was underpaid so then it should be equally as fine for Dallas to go to him and say he is overpaid to lessen his salary.

....that's called negotiating. It's one of the few tactics an NFL player has, because any owner is going to hold out (see Lamar Jackson taking a chance right now). An NFL player can be gone (and his contract) today.

While the Cowboys have shown tremendous resiliency this year, all these injuries have to hurt them at some point, especially against the better teams.

Bring up Malik Davis and let this kid eat.
They will use a sick pollard or rico, no malik.
I too would use malik.

Seems odds are leaning towards a loss no matter who is qb.
I think bohanna out would hurt too.

As for the illness, seems like parsons brought it to the club, and it got pollard too?
That is probably why pollard didnt play much last week.

If rush can somehow win anyway, that would be something!

How many TDs does Rush average per game?:muttley:

Rush's TD % is 4.6% and his INT % is 0.7%

Dak's TD % is 4.9% and his INT % is 1.7%

That said, Dak averages 1.6 TD per game whereas Rush averages 1.75 TD's per game based on games played.

Based on stats, you are losing the debate.

If Pollard doesn't play, it would/will be a huge loss.
