No question AA is better here. But last years stats aren't that different, considering one is playing in coverage, and the other is always up at the line of scrimmage. The big question will be "what happens when he changes positions?"
That is silly. What are you basing that Roy has better stats off? Tackles? Of course he'll have more tackles, he's a SS and Taylor is a FS. Did you even notice Taylor had more passes defensed in both seasons than Roy has ever had? Shouldn't that be attributed to the fact that Taylor is in open space covering deep passes alot more than Roy? Using statistics to compare two players who play different positions doesn't help your argument at all.
