Offensive line, defensive backs and maybe receiver. Definitely kicker.

O-line, WR, a kick returner and a kicker.

O-Line and Safety. And by Safety I mean someone who actually knows how to defend a pass. Even someone who knows where the friggin ball is once it was caught an inch next to him would be an upgrade.

The good news is that the areas where Dallas needs help are typically the easiest to find talent in the draft and FA. It's not like they need a DE, QB, #1 WR, RB, or CB. Upgrades at OL and safety should be very doable.

The bad news, as San Diego just found out, is that you can put a strong team out there and still fall apart at the end to a significantly weaker opponent.

Dallas and San Diego have two coaches that just cannot seem to get over the top.

The only position that needs to be upgraded is Right Tackle and that is assuming that Marc Columbo was healthy.

Flozell Adams proved that he is still an extremely good players and yesterday was proof that you better think twice before you get rid of him.

The replacements for Marion Barber and Roy Williams is already on the roster.

I think Terence Newman is still a good player, I just think the Coaching could be a problem.

Ignorant response that's wrong in every possible way. Teams reshuffle successfully all the time and players drop in the draft all the time. Next time you want bash an honest post, put a little brainpower in it.

Spears is a waste of roster space. Someone like Suh could play 1st and 2nd down while Ratliff plays DE. On passing downs you could slide Ratliff back over to DT. Would be a great rotattion. We would have a rare situation of having the only 3-4 DE in the league that could actually get to a QB on a regular basis. And Ratliff still plays all downs.

We have NO chance at getting Suh. If StL doesn't take him #1 overall they are crazy.

Would I love to see him in Dallas....YES!!!!!!!! In the worst way but it would take too much to get to #1 to get him and there are too many other holes to fill.

I'd go for

1. OT- Could be a very early pick in the draft for us.

2. OG - Need someone to challenge Kosier. Probably have to go via the draft. Could be a Day 1 pick for us.

3. ILB - Hopefully J Williams gets some playing time but we still need one quality player. Maybe via FA if not the draft?

4. Safety - If we could get production from this position, we could be dominant.

5. CB - Newman is getting up there, and Ball is just o.k., IMO.

6. WR - a speed guy to help stretch defenses. Can even be a niche player rather than a starter.

7. FG kicker - top priority, IMO. We'll probably look at FA.

In no particular order.

What positions need upgrades in your mind? Just wondering...

O-Line depth and FS.

They are the immediate needs.

Kicker is up there as well though I imagine the Nick Folk will be brought back to see if he can get it back again.

Probably could use some DL depth, depending on what guys possibly leave in FA this offseason (if any are able to), and maybe some more CB depth.
