We're 2-0. Eagles and Giants are 0-2. Commanders are 1-1 but they're, well, the Commanders.

Romo misses 7 games. Weeden goes 3-4 or 4-3. We're 5-4 or 6-3 when Romo gets back. Dez will be back around that time too, or soon afterwards.

The D has looked excellent. Hardy, Gregory, and McClain will soon be joining the party.

I wouldn't feel optimistic if we lost today. But this 2-game edge we have on NYG/PHI is huge, especially with wins against each of them.

One sour note: Romo's NFL-record streak of road games with a TD pass ended today. Thanks to the stupid ref calling Escobar down short.

Romo and Dez could return in 8 weeks, if Dallas can win 2 - 5 (plus the bye = eight weeks) that's only one game out of .500 @ 4-5 with Dez, Hardy, McClain, Gregory and Romo.

This defense will get better and better. We get back Hardy, McCalin, Gregory and Lee is just getting started he will get better each week !!!

I think you underestimate just how bad this division is this year.

Dez (8-10 already been a week) and Romo (collar bone normally 6-8 weeks) could be back in 6 to 10 weeks but 8 weeks is a more reasonable time frame.... it's all speculation at this point.


I believe in this Coaching Staff, the OLine and this Defense to make the Playoffs. By the post season Dallas should have their big guns back for certain.

8 isn't all that reasonable for Dez. Not when some people are talking 10 or even 12.

If you believe Schefter's report, 8 is a best case scenario for Romo.
