The only jerseys I own are 12, 74 and 79.

The 12 is one of those limited edition throwbacks, and was a gift.

The 74 I bought 'cus it was the old 60's-version double star, long sleeve and 100% cotton. Hard to find that.

And the 79 I bought at a function benefiting a now defunct charity headed by DeVincent Martin, Harvey's son.

I'm thinking it'll be awhile before I add to that. I prefer the "fan gear" type of apparel as opposed to the jerseys.
I have 2 Staubach's, a blue one and a white one. Got the Blue one from Trickblue. A relative of his bought it on e-bay but didn't want it. I wore it day 1 of the 2006 Draft.

I have the same Lilly jersey you are describing it sounds like. It is so comfortable. I wear it on cold days watching games. Not many here, but we have a few.

I have a blue Dorsett throwback. I wore it day 2 of the 2006 Draft.

I also have a Staubach, Emmitt, and Troy replica all of which were gifts.

I really want a Randy White throwback, and I would love a Chuck Howley. No idea if they even make his. I'd also love a Bob Hayes.

I may just have to go out and pick up a Tony Romo jersey and go visit my cousin in Northern VA with it. :)

Several factors. First I only buy original Cowboys. In other words, I'll never have a TO jersey unless it is a gift. Never had a Deion one. Probably the only exception I would make is a Chuck Howley throwback, because though he started his career in Chicago, he is a Dallas Cowboy. No doubts about that.

Second, I rarely buy a jersey of someone whose time in Dallas might be limited. For example, I won't buy a Julius Jones one. Tony was a Free Agent at the end of the year. I know it was remote, but there was an outside chance we'd lose him.

Finally, I only buy stars or legends. He's finally reaching that plateau for me. By that I am saying he is a star and is cementing his legend in Dallas. I won't buy a flash in the pan jersey either. I don't think he will be, but that chance always existed.
So you havent bought a Stanback jersey yet??? Or a Nick Folk?

Do it!

I wore my white Staubach one on a flight to DC one time. I was expecting some backlash. I either didn't run into any Skins fans or the ones I did were spineless.

It would be more fun if I had a relative who liked them. I don't though. They're all Packers backers.

Bought an Authentic Romo jersey in white in the offseason, best purchase I have ever made.

Every game I have wore it we have won the game, I accidently forgot to put it on for the Patriots game because I was so excited about the game and we all know how that ended up.

:bang2:

So its your fault

Ha, can't mess with that mojo

Nope and never.
What if Folk becomes Vinatieri like, and Stanback becomes TO like (in ability and production)?

I might consider the Stanback one. No way on a kicker. Not even if it was a gift from someone. I might seek him out to get it autographed and sealed behind glass. But I can't see myself ever wanting one. The one thing that could possibly change my mind is if he ends up being the consensus greatest kicker ever to play. That's one hell of a mountain to even think about climbing for a guy who's still a rookie.

2000 was Aikman's last year and it was cut short as we all know. His last true, full season as the Cowboys QB was 1999. In 1999 the Cowboys scored 352 points. 2000 ushered in the Campo era and of course we finished the season with Anthony Wright at QB. It is natural that scoring would drop but it didn't drop as badly as some might imagine.

2000, the Cowboys scored 294 points. Goodbye Troy, and the scoring began to crater.

2001, 246 points.
2002, 217 points.

2003 we shoved Campo out the door and ushered in the Parcells era, and scoring went back up.

2003, 289 points.
2004, 293 points.

Welcome Drew Bledsoe in 2005 and scoring definitely started to rebound.

2005, 325 points.

In 2006 an undrafted magician took over for Bledsoe and scoring began to be the order of the day.

2006, 425 points.

In 2007, through 9 games we have scored 296 points. More than we scored in 16 games from 2000 to 2004. We're averaging 32 points per game and are on pace for 526 points this season.

Time to buy a Tony Romo jersey.

Very cool stats... but it only took me 4 Tony Romo games to get a jersey, lol.

I was gonna buy my girls pink Romo jerseys but they want Barber now since they have been told Romo dumped Carrie Underwood, rofl.

they are only 5 and 7, what can ya do.....

Not much below that most of the time. 40's and occasaional 30's. Rarely below freezing.

Thank you.

Brainwash them. :D

My 14 year old might wear a black one, but no way she'd wear pink.

I have no idea what my 11 year old would wear.
