I like Wilcox but he won't be a safety in the NFL for a year or 2. You don't go for 1 year at safety at Georgia southern to the NFL. It doesn't happen. You guys are delusional if you think so. He's got a lot of potential but he will have to play special teams for a few years while he adjusts to the speed of the game.
we need a safety now. They should have drafted Elam rather than Frederick at 31. Frederick would have been there at 47 and while Escobar is an intriguing prospect, he also isn't a need prospect.

Jerry is drafting for a few years down the road flat out ignoring the needs we have now. I just don't get it.
