There's a difference between your if's and Rack's if's. If we somehow meet again in the playoffs, Romo, FJones, Kosier, and Newman will have returned to the Cowboys' lineup.

Barber and Brooks will only be older.

The problem with the Cowboys is that they play down to the level of their opponents and they haven't put together a consistent level of play this year. They have not developed a killer instinct on any level of their team, from coaching on down.

My thoughts:

1. Brad Johnson is over. He plain sucks and should have been dropped and another veteran picked up during the off season.
2. Mike Jenkins is still lost out there.
3. The defense really stepped it up.
4. We got to see why we brought Roy E. Williams in - he's Michael Irvin part 2 - the big WR that can catch anything thrown reasonably close.

I can't wait to see this team after the bye when everyone is back and healthy.
