Trolling: ***Post Game Thread***

until this organization addresses the offensive and defensive line completely, not a token pick every three years, this team isn't going to win consistently without a balanced attack and great offensive line, and all I ever see is a below defensive line and an average at best offensive line

You can say that but fans don't understand that including Jerry Jones. Since Garrett took over they had three straight offseasons to address both Online and Dline and they didn't.

We're a better team than the chiefs but the dumb playcalling by Romo/Callahan and the two fumbles killed us.

For whatever reason we trust Lance Dunbar in this game and he fumbles and changes the whole game.

sigh

Well, that just shows how really competitive this league is. Some of the plays (turnovers, drops, penalties, poor decisions) witnessed today are why some teams watch the playoffs while others are playing in the playoffs. Obviously, we are not the latter.....yet.

Romo's play has me very concerned. I have about given up on him.

I hate to admit it but Romo look disinterested in second half. Not sure what that was about.

Maybe the pain meds were wearing off? But yeah, 2nd half was disaster for Romo. Who sets their feet when you see red coming at you? CMON! His accuracy was failing him when we needed it the most.

It's not the reason we lost, but just 12 runs speaks to the lack of success there, otherwise we'd have done more of it.

Well, that much is true. We were trying to keep out of 3rd and longs, but when you are averaging 2 yards/carry, that's not easy to do.

How about Romo checking out every other play?

Don't like it... it's getting ridiculous. I think Romo has surpassed Manning as the busiest guy at the LOS in the league. And this was in a deafening stadium with guys like Escobar and Williams on the field.

I've never been a Romo hater, but i think people are underestimating exactly how much input really does have on this offense. He's making a ton of adjustments at the line. Obviously I don't know exactly what he is doing, but I have to imagine he is calling a lot of these short quick passes at the line.

4th quarter disaster is about as far as you can fairly go, considering how well he played in the 3rd.

Team loss. Romo certainly at top of list but not alone. The key was we needed to win a tough close one. Everything was according to plan when down 14-13 and Dunbar fumbled at midfield. Then Romo fumble. Then Dez drop. Then defense can't get the ball back with 4 minutes and 2 timeouts.

It is the system, not who's calling the plays. We need a whole new approach and a new playbook.

I disagree. Better playcalling would have made a world of difference. 3 straight 3 yard outs? A dumb screen on 3rd and goal when Dez is on fire and one on one against a 5"9 corner. Wonder where the ball should go?

You guys really think this game was about losing in the trenches? I'm so confused. Let alone the part about the team not addressing the OL under Jason Garrett.

Find me one player who would have caught that overthrow in the first quarter other than Dez? So they are even.

They are even? Was THAT serious?! Stud receivers make plays like that. Romo did not play well on the final drive but he hit a perfect, CLUTCH, potential game winner to Dez which Dez dropped. That was a choke play. Fumbling in their territory after hardly getting hit like Dunbar did was huge. Flase start when we have third and goal from the four when Dez is single covered kills a team. Not running at all when we had the ball with like 5 or 6 minutes left was moronic. Dallas had multiple opportunities to win this game and the offense squandered them. Romo wasn't great but he was definitely not the main reason we lost. Watch the games and try to actually understand what is happening. Unbelievable.

The game was blacked out here in Huntsville, Texas, but it seemed like we could not run the ball and could not stop the run when we needed to .You can blame it on Romo, but the problems exist as always in the trenches, seems like many expect the offensive coordinator to be able to function without an offensive line and the q.b. to pull a rabbit out of the hat. We could not stop the run at the end of the game and they were able to run the ball, it is not rocket science just plain domination their offensive line whipped our defensive line. That said I believe we will get better, there were not as many turn overs. A fumble on a sack .WE MUST BE ABLE TO RUN THE BALL AND STOP THE RUN simple as that .

I know Romo was giving Garrett a piece of his mind at some point close to halftime. Let's face it, the play calling was so weird in the 2nd half something is really wrong.
