I was thinking the same thing myself. It looked like Nolan Carroll would have been able to down the ball on about the 1 or the 2 if he had been left alone. ***? Then I couldn't believe either Aikman or Buck said Harris should be thrown out of the game. Harris blocked him away from the ball so that the team would get it on the 20, not on the 2. How's that illegal? It wasn't helmet to helmet.
It's sad when it's your WR who is on the sideline motivating the team, especially the defense.
He WAS making a play. Where were you? Should they let them walk the ball to any given spot? The opposition was in position to down the ball. Had Harris not called a fair catch and was trucked.....that's fair as well.
harris did exactly what you are supposed to do ...
but he hit him too hard...what a freaking joke these refs.
what about when romo threw that stupid interception and williams touched the defender down and got knocked into yesterday.
where was that flag?
Yeah, yeah, the refs cost the Cowboys the game.![]()

Norm just called Lesean McCoy "Colt Mccoy"
I can't without getting banned.
Jerry: "This is a blunt we both need right now."
Where was I? Looking at the same play you were. The Eagles defender WAS NOT making a play. He hadn't even move to try to down the ball. Harris was frustrated and tees off on him.
But the refs made the call, which was an accurate one. It doesn't really matter what you think. The call was made. And, truthfully, it didn't have anything to do with the outcome of the game. The Cowboys got their behinds handed to them. Fans are just upset and looking for any way to sooth the pain.
I just grasped how much better of a deal it is if the Seahawks win tonight.
You couldn't be more wrong. The player was in the field of play with a live ball. The player could have made a play on the ball but wasn't looking. It was a legal hit. The flag should have been picked up.
