Dak is going to have to play well. Everything is about expectations. Cooper is cheap 2nd string QB who has exceeded expectations. Dak is a 40M starter who played terribly in week 1. Pressure will mount if he doesn’t play well and if he is smart he doesn’t come back until he can really throw it.

Of course there is but there is no real qb controversy for the team. Dak is paid and will play. End of year in all likelihood rush will get too much money to go elsewhere and we will get a 3rd round comp.

The qb controversy that skip talks of is make believe for ratings and viewers. Skip talks about cooper playing better than dak since tb in 21. Does he even know how dak played to open the season last year? It was called fire.
