Looks like #87 Swaim had the most important and best block on that play, a pancake. And #85 Noah Brown (?) had a nice block to seal the lane. Keith Smith and Tyron Smith also did fantastic job at blocking.

I don't think Eli Apple will last too much longer in NY. I thought I read rumors where his teammates are upset with his lack of effort tackling and poor coverage skills. Stinky 1st round pick for the Giants. My guess is that he will be traded in the offseason. Especially after his fighting with the fans via social media.

Not blaming Jerry alone. Also not saying free agency had nothing to do with it, just saying that is not the only nor necessarily the main reason. Simply pointing out there are other teams that have had measurable better success post-free agency than they did before it.

What aggravates me the most about this, is that the announcers don't even acknowledge it as a clear cheap shot. Reminds me of a couple years ago when Romo got hit low well after the release (Giants?). At least Dak got the penalty, refs let players do whatever they wanted to on Romo at times.

Yeah, I don't think it was the first time either. I think he was a healthy scratch once or twice before. Dude is on Twitter after a game where he was essentially benched for poor play and talking smack. Unbelievable. And his mother is ripping (rightfully, so) some NYG fans. Guess who is getting traded to Cleveland.
