It is 100% a confidence thing. He has played in the league long enough to know what he is as a player and that he can play at a level much higher than this. Right now for some reason though mentally he is totally fried. His mind is not in the game and he is second guessing literally everything he does on the field.

wide open. all the qb has to do is throw it to him. no reason at all not to see the LB. put the ball two feet higher and there is no issue.
