All-in-all, I sincerely appreciate Witten's career as a Dallas Cowboy. He played above his talent level. Gave his heart to the Star.

On the flip side, I don't appreciate his buddy-buddy image he developed with Romo and Garrett. He should know better. And when both T.O. and Dez implicated him in foul play.....and young TE's say he didn't help them....and even today when Garrett said Witten would never come off the field.....well, where there's smoke there's fire. My hat's off to you Witten. But it was also time for you to go.
