Living in the heart of Eagles country after they win the Super Bowl isn’t an ideal way to spend your Monday…so a quick mock and off season to help perpetuate the lie to myself that the Cowboys can turn this around

Resigned Free Agents- Osa, Golston, Lewis, Dowdle
Free Agents- Nic Bolton(LB), Sebastian Joseph-Day(DT), Donte Jackson(CB)
Cut- Donovan Wilson (DLaw and Martin also walk)
Extend- Micah

12- Mike Green DE Marshall
**trade 44, 150, 170, and 190 to KC for 63 and 66** (Chiefs have 2 2nd’s and 0 5th or 6th’s. They get aggressive to move up and fill a need WR/OL while also getting extra picks for cheap depth.)
63- Quinshon Judkins RB Ohio St
66- Jayden Higgins WR Iowa St
76- Omarr Norman-Lott DT Tenn
172- Logan Parr OG SMU
174- Jonas Sanker S Virginia
211- Jacob Dobbs LB James Madison
228- James Burnipp P Alabama

I think adding Green, Sebastian-Day, Bolton, and Norman-Lott to the front 7 turns that unit into a formidable unit.
Donte Jackson is a solid vet for depth at CB that can hold down the position until Diggs is healthy.
Thomas/Bell/Sanker compete for the vacant SS spot

Adding Judkins and Higgins to the offense gives us a full compliment of weapons.
Hoffman/Bass/Parr compete for the vacant RG spot.

I think Bolton should be a priority FA if we can afford him as well.

I would not count on any free agents coming to Dallas as I plan my draft. I just do not think Jerry is going to deviate from his thinking. Prove me wrong and then I will adjust my thinking, but what evidence do we have that Jerry will sign any free agents that cost more than $3-6 million per year?

Logan Parr, SMU is going back to school for 2025 and will not be part of this draft class.
Dobbs is a name you don't see much, good instinctive LB. However, I don't think he is athletic enough to be a scheme fit for Flus.
I think Chiefs will resign Bolton and Trey Smith. All they have to do is restructure Mahomes and they should be able to pay both of those guys.
I do think they let Eric Reid walk though.

Dobbs actually ran a 4.60 in the 40 recently. That's fast enough for a box LB. So I take him being unathletic back. I still think he is a UDFA though.

Thanks, didn’t realize Parr had a year of eligibility left. Liked him watching Brashard Smith highlights and was hoping he could be a late steal.

And athleticism is Dobbs #1 quality. He’s made Feldman’s “freaks” list multiple times.

With the realization they cant fix everything in one off season, I endose it.
