according to the larry on the ticket, Wade runs this defense. Wade is the one calling the shots for this defense. So my question is...what is Stewart here for?

norm or brad, cant remember which, but was on theticket show, and said that jerry jones went into the locker room and gave the players a pep talk. Now at one time, he had it rough, and you have to perserve and fight through it.
That maybe part of the problem too, jerry jones doesnt see it, the players dont get it and arent being held accountable. So, how can the players learn to be held accountable, when the owner says like wade, its going to be ok, fight through it.
I didnt get all of what jerry jones said, but thats what the announcer said that jerry jones was telling the team.

Who gives a **** what Jerry thinks?
If any player takes Jerrys words of advice, they should really quit.
Jerry signs the checks and thats it.
If I'm a player and Jerry comes in and says "all is well", I'm thinking this guy is ****ing nuts and Al Davis better make room in the crazy house cause hes about to get a cell mate.
Any player getting pepped up after a talk like that needs to leave the team. I don't care what number they wear or what position they play, if any player is okay because Daddy came in and soothed our wounds, get the hell out.

their talking about getting back to basis on theticket, and get the players angry mad, way to do that is bench some players
larry said shrink your playbook and were going to do them well, master those plays
and if im wade larry says were going to at least have one physical day of practice every week, and every position up for grabs, make competition,
im commited to getting people in here and make it competitive
the problem i have with back to basics, but the cowboys went back to basics last week
and accountability, wade needs to at least sit some players at least 2 by friday
larry brown said if im wade, you need to go get your leaders, and sit down and talk to them, or the cowboys players like romo, witten, ware, needs to go to jerry jones and say this needs to happen
something like that;
norm says scheme wise, we need to protect the secondary, but larry brown says jenkins gets beat, so give opportunity to another guy like scandrick
