True but it is ok to let yourself enjoy some fun entertaining reading during the week while waiting for sunday's game LOL Just saying
Haha...
Some fans get caught up in this strange fantasy world where they somehow think that by being happy with people's perception of your success will cause the players to stop trying. It's as if they think they are coaches and the rest of the board are the actual players for the Cowboys.

The whole point of the Cowboys Zone is to discuss football and the Cowboys.

Where the "experts" rank them is just another topic. I don't care how Dallas is perceived, I am arguing that they are better then the Vikings.

Eagles and Packers in the top 10 is a joke. Vikings should be 5th they are vulnerable and beatable with that terrible offense.

The entire league sucks outside of 3-4 teams.

This. In the NFC, at this point (and it is week 7, going on 8 so it's fair to go here), I only see MIN (maybe, let's see how Bradford responds plus zero running game), SEA, and PHI as our only competition. With outside noise, possibly, from ATL and DET.

Palmer has the yips, officially, just like ARod. They're both done (GB and AZ), this season, imo. Don't think AZ defense can carry them, and certainly GB's can't. And those are two huge teams to have out of the fray.

We can actually have a surprise season this year, baby boiiiii.

Sam Bradford + no running game = better than us? Puhlease. Their defense is great but other than the 2000 Ravens and last years Broncos there's not many cases of defenses actually winning championships with almost no offensive help. It should say defense wins championships if you also have a good offense.

Prediction: Vikings finish no better than 9-7, more likely 8-8 and lose the division to Green Bay. That offense is putrid. Been saying it before the season started even before AP went down.

The Vikings start 5 1st rounders on defense and are a terror on that side of the ball. Meanwhile we're 29th in the NFL on third-down defense.
Out of all the stats to cherry pick.

7th in opponent's PPG, which is a much better measure of team defense. And that's including the garbage TD's teams have been putting up against Marinelli's prevent D.

Dallas matches up very well vs. Minnesota. MIN has the 2nd worst rushing offense in the league. They will be one dimensional in close games, and I like the match-up of this secondary vs. Bradford and their receivers.
