Cowboys keep there spot at 3 ---- kinda shocked the eagles weren't pushed ahead of us not that i think they deserve it just thought the Wentz craze would dictate it.

I didn't think philly would leapfrog over us...yes they won the game but he also had 2 picks and didn't throw for over 50 yards until midway through the 3rd qtr

Out of all the stats to cherry pick.

7th in opponent's PPG, which is a much better measure of team defense. And that's including the garbage TD's teams have been putting up against Marinelli's prevent D.

Dallas matches up very well vs. Minnesota. MIN has the 2nd worst rushing offense in the league. They will be one dimensional in close games, and I like the match-up of this secondary vs. Bradford and their receivers.

Actually no opponent PPG is the most shallow of measures to look at. If anything you should look at opponent's points per drive.

If we struggle on offense can this defense get stops? So far we haven't had to have that question answered.

The Vikings start 5 1st rounders on defense and are a terror on that side of the ball. Meanwhile we're 29th in the NFL on third-down defense.

True, but we saw what happened last week when that defense didn't score for them.

They can't run the ball effectively and their QB is Sam Bradford.
