Practice Squad Options

We seem to be talent rich at a few positions and could have the opportunity to develop some future stars (like Austin) if we can get them to the practice squad.

My question is how many of the current players are eligible to go to the practice squad and who are they?

Any rookie. Some other players, depending on NFL playing time.
some players that were on the active roster, but say were inactive all year at game time, they are eligible too.

Like Chapas, even though he was in a few games, in didn't warrant a lot of playing time. So I think he can be on PS still.

I have a general idea about the practice squad eligibility, but was wondering if there is a list anywhere of practice squad eligible players on our team.
