These hamstring injuries

Is this team EVER going to hire a hamstring specialist like Emmit had? Obviously the training staff isn't doing the right things to keep these guys loose in that area. Way too many injuries there. Does this happen to other teams? Seems like every day a guy tweaks a hammy.
