Defense showed up big time. They will need this type of effort the rest of the year. Props to Wade. They looked like they wanted it today.

great posts, great effort. I almost had a heart attack on the last play though. I thought they flagged James for taking his helmet off, but it was on some TBay bonehead olineman: c'mon Bradie, you've been in the league long enough to know NOT to do that.

Zach Thomas was amazing today as well. He has been taking alot of heat from some "fans" lately too.

Dumb, but it wouldn´t have made a difference, it was after the play so it was cowboys ball no matter what.

Props to the defense.

The defensive scheme still leaves much to be desired, but they players really handled their business today.

Moose and Goose really hit the nail on the head today with the 8-10 yard cushions on the WRs. 0 routes will kill us if a team is ever smart enough to throw them on a consistent basis.

Good job by the players today on defense.

I hate Brad Johnson, and I hope he gets hit by a bus this week(but survives and recovers, but finds that he can no longer grip a football and is forced to retire).

Yes, it would have made a difference.

Remember several years ago, Cleveland was playing Kansas City in the first game of the year. KC missed a field goal and Dwayne Rudd removed his helmet in celebration. Penalty. Re-kick. Chiefs win. Unless, the league changed that rule or modified it, then it's still in effect.

Players have to remember not to take their helmets off until they reach the sidelines.

Exactly, why people like that who contribute absolutely nothing are allowed to stick around is beyond me.

Where did all these "fans" come from hoping for our players to be:

1. Run over by a bus
2. Out for the year (one moron hoping AHenry is hurt and out for the season).

This is apalling.

Awesome game defense! Very impressive.

I watch this Tampa team every week and I knew all the prognostications of the Cowboys scoring over 21 were very naive.

I've been one of the bigger bashers of the Boys defense for weeks and they really came through today. Bradie had one of the best games I've seen him play and I was impressed by his toughness today as well.

Someone mentioned the play by the young CB's. Very good work, guys. I'm skeptical as to the plays that were called by Gruden were actually called in Dallas' favor, but no matter...great game with an injury riddled defensive side of the ball!

Just put the pieces together guys...one game at a time!!

I have to admit, 9 points is something I will take any day.

Nice going, braintrust. You seemed to have dumbed it down to hard-hitting, active playing, and that's a good thing.
More basics, fewer reactive schemes. 9 points is quite a turnaround.

All Garrett has to do now is score in the teens.
