I think Wynn and Hernandez are starting to be over hyped by Cowboy fans, both are good players but not 1st round players. I’d draft one of them in a trade back.

Lamar Jackson is not going in the first round.

Depends on if the top QBs get wiped out and someone gets desperate. The Bills come to mind as a team that might want to trade up since the have 2 1st rounders.

Cleveland, NY giants, Denver, NY jets, Miami, Arizona, and Buffalo are all QB needy teams. Darnold, Rosen, Allen, Mayfield are top 4 and if they get wiped out before Arizona at 15 Jackson might be the guy desperate teams will go after.

I think hes the travis fredrick of this draft and ai just think L guard was a much bigger issue than most think. Cooper is an ok back up and had some excelent plays, he unfortunately had as many plays where his wiff cost us a drive. Im higher on him than most and would love a DT as well but I think we got our eyes on him. Id prefer to trade up like the giants did for collins and snag him at the end of the first or beg of second

I agree on rams I did this right before the trade lol, I knew they needed a cb bad. I tried to edit and switch the rams pick w carolina who actually needs a cb just as bad. I love Payne and would be very happy if hes the pic, Hes my #1 tackle and I could see him going as high as the Raiders

It only takes 1 team and although he could b rg3 he could also be the bomb who proves durable, if we didnt have a qb id be all for rolling the dice in this cat! I dont see anyway he makes it out of the first when its all said and done. For the record I had Deshaun Watson as the #1 rated player in last uears draft even though many said he wasnt even a first round wb

How would you feel about those players if the Eagles took em a few picks later?

Totally understand this sentament, ive come around to feel the first round is the only place we are capable of getting a good lineman whereas weve done good at other positions on day 2 and later like Laurence, Awuzie, Lewis, Hitchens, Collins etc.

I would try to trade down in that situation. Maybe look at James Washington after the trade down or even consider an OT (La'el or the draft pick could play OG in 2018) then then one of them moves to LT when Tyron inevitably misses some games.

The other thing that is interesting to review both at draft time and months later is/are media rankings. The draft media rankings from January are often entertaining later. Players that people were slobbering over in Jan end up going much lower in the draft and players that were barely on the radar often end up as the prized draft picks.

You need to save the early media rankings to review them because they dissappear from the internet.
