Yes it's today. It's kind of a state of the Cowboys presser.

Predictions for this presser:

• Jerry will once again set the Guinness world record on how many times the word “uh” is uttered.
• Jerry will say hundreds of words in broken grammar sentences that if any other 82 year old man who wasn’t a billionaire sports team owner said would be considered a candidate for a rest home.
• The head coach will speak last and will be interrupted by both Jones boys at times.
• Stephen “Air Quotes” Jones will think much of the proceedings are funny while simultaneously making sure his old man doesn’t publicly reveal the team’s draft board.
• There is a better than average chance Jerry cries at some point talking about what this team means to him.
• Guaranteed there will be some long winded story JJ will tell about drafts of the past where he will pat himself on the back while inaccurately describing what actually happened, lol.
• A new sponsor could be revealed. Bit coin, energy drink, or exotic casino…whatever. “The OFFICIAL energy drink of the Dallas Cowboys.”

They have this annually? I don't believe I've seen one of these. What do they talk about in this press conference? I would imagine it is about the direction of the team going into the draft and who we are likely to pick on day 1 and day 2. Do other teams hold pre draft press conferences?

Most teams do hold pre-draft press conferences but they are NOTHING like the ones the Jones boys put on. For one thing the other teams’ HC usually does at least half of the talking.

Of course it could be said our HC talks a lot too - “Coach Jones” will dominate this presser, lol.

You know what other GMs are doing 2 days b4 the draft? Keeping their mouths shut, and working.

Jerry's # 1 target in the Draft is camera time, and his #2 target in the draft is attention.
