He'll hang in there. He's known for having courage in the pocket. Although Romo friendly offense may not be kind to him.

To me, Romo friendly offense should help ANY QB. Good RB. Great OL. Pass catching threats. Why shouldn't that fit Dak Prescott just as well as it fits Romo?

Randy Moss- Cowboys a 4-12 team. Still angry Randy?

He didn't really say they are a 4-12 team. The question was which are they closer to 12-4 or 4-12. Everyone else picked 12-4 but that could mean they see them as 9-7 or better. Moss played Devils advocate and pointed out all the problems and flaws. Nothing he said was really wrong, he just put the negatives ahead of the positives.

Schefter just reported the Rams are trying to work an extension with Fisher before the regular season starts.

What am I missing with this guy?

Nothing, and to be honest, it could be the kiss of death for the franchise right off the get go in LA if they do extend him.

Donovan McNabb and Russell Wilson say hello. They both did a lot with their legs and it aided them as a passer and as a young QB coming into the league.

I do want to see him working as a passer too, but why would you take away one of his weapons?

Will be interesting to see what kind of protection he gets. Randy Moss just kind of threw the gauntlet down saying the offensive line was great with Murray but he hasn't seen much the past two years (LOL at that since Murray was here two years ago).

McNabb and Wilson make the majority of their plays from the pocket. It's not a bunch of running around .

Maybe as their careers have developed but neither one was a pocket passer at the start.

He is more built for up tempo and getting the ball out quickly. Romo goes through all his progressions and looks downfield. It's is a great situation, just maybe not the right fit for Dak. We shall see.

Berman is probably getting pissed that Moss keeps talking when he is.

Also, I cringe every time they call the segment come on man.

Did you just jab a screwdriver through your earhole? That was awful!

I can't stand Chris Berman - as soon as his fat face comes on I'm on to a different channel. Total douchebag

McNabb not so much early on. Wilson has always been pretty good in the pocket. Playing in a pro style offense in college is probably why he was a pretty good passer early on.

Steve Young did a lot with his legs. So did Elway. Even Romo was pretty mobile for a while. But they all were capable of beating you within the pocket. It's a valuable skill set to have but when that's your entire game you are fatally flawed for the NFL. You won't succeed. All I saw out of Dak Prescott in college was an athlete playing QB. Prove to me tonight that I just missed it. Show me a play or two where you're a big boy QB.

I was listening to the pre-pre-game and they said Charles Robinson from yahoo said Byron Jones is the best safety he's seen this year from all the training camps he's visited.

Yep, heard that too....funny how our beat writers really haven't said much about him. THey have complimented Lee and Claiborne the most.

Awesome! Hope he is a good evaluator of talent. I am a Byron believer.

Good point and agreed.
