Well how many running qbs are there? Aaron Rodgers is mobile. Wilson is mobile. Kapernick and Cam are mobile. Didn't get rings but got pretty far. Ultimately..running qbs don't have great teams because teams expect them to overcompensate for their lack of weapons.
