Is there a defense that contests short routes less than Marinelli's?

I don't think so. This group is almost non competitive. Every year since we switched defenses the backups are dreadful.

How that can happen I don't know but I am really hoping for a change on defense in the near future.

At the very least, King, Akunne and Swanson are showing that they should at least make PS.

Swanson has made plays on ST and just had another on defense.

But I suppose there is all kinds of plays Olatoye has made in practice against familiar foes that makes that irrelevant.

I always go for the gamer. Swanson seems to have that. I bet we don't though.

Olatoye hasn't been bad up until this game, but he hadn't been attacked that much until tonight. Texans are exposing him as being only as good as his gambles.
