Hopes:

Romo - makes strides and shows more goodness(good decisions and playmaking) than badness... he was really bad at times(showing his undrafted side)

T.O. - makes a greater DIRECT impact on offense with less drops. There is no doubt he helped the offense but he could have done more.

Julius - he showed something in Seattle game when the seahawks got on him... I would like to see that more consistently... stop aiming for piles.

My Fave 5

Breaktout Players:

#1 Carpenter - he seems to have been a caged tiger and we let him go and he wreaked havoc... hopefully Wade can tap that as much or a little more

#2 Ware - he had a really good season... learned alot of playing the position as a complete player... would like to see a little more "specialist" now..... now that he has been taught the entire aspect of position

#3 Watkins - something tells me that between being a rookie and being confused(like it seems so many defensive players were)that he will be a really good player under Wade... perhaps understanding better... as well a year under his belt

#4 Barber - there is no reason why he cant repeat the performance of last year... perhaps do it for the WHOLE year and fade like rest of team...

#5 Roy Williams - I think he rebounds nicely... I attribute some of his giving up big plays on Bill.... these guys didnt know what to do... and yet Roy was always a whisker away from making the big play.... he did make some anyways... but was crucified for not making all...

I think terrance newman will finally get his love. But Burnett will breakout, in terms of how barber broke out last year. He may not start, but he'll get sacks. On offense I think TO will get his stats even higher... But a rookie O-liner will be starting all 16 games.

Julius Jones, Bobby Carpenter and MarTEEN Gramatica.

I hope your right about Jones. I like him but I think he has to come up big this year if he is to remain on the team beyond next season.

I think Marcus Spears will have a season that will change everyone's opinion of him. He's just not the type of player that can handle the 2 gap scheme BP wanted our DLine to play in. Once he's able to fire off the snap and charge into the backfield, I think he'll make a lot bigger impact and won't catch near as much flak as he has thus far.
