I would love to see a big play fake to start the game and go over the top. But I think this staff with still a young QB and 1st game of the season, to establish a rhythm early. Either by a short pass or something to Zeke.

I don't expect a big play either, it I don't think it has anything to do with Dak. I think they have 100% faith in him. Our coaches are just vanilla as hell. No way they risk 2nd and 10 on the first drive of the season. Short pass or run for sure.

Trying to kill some time on this Friday night and still celebrating the great news about Zeke. What do you guys think will be the first offensive play we run?

I predict it will be a dive play to Zeke.
Playaction. A couple of go routes on the outside, a drag route, and after chipping someone, Zeke will roll out into the flat. Dak will find Dez deep falling just shy of the five yard line. On the ensuing play the call will be option; Dak watches as JPP123 crashes hard on stopping Zeke inside so he pulls the ball back at the last second for a jog in Touchdown.

I hope they give it to zeke. I usually get tired of us ALWAYS running on first down, but I have a feeling zeke is going to want to play out of his mind on Sunday.

His first run, he typically runs to darkness; he tries to put his shoulder into someone to set a tone. But maybe he'll surprise me...

Best time to pass is often 1st down especially against this defense. Based on the Giants skill personnel on defense, we're going to rely heavy on Twill, Beas, Witt, and the other TE's backs all game in the passing game. With that being said, DEZ BRYANT like Irvin is still the ignition to this offense and will open up everything else. He was completely a non-factor in our only two (real) losses last year and he CAN beat Jenkins. The sometimes failure of our offensive coaches is finding creative ways to get Dez involved. With all that said, I expect us to set the tone early and pound Zeke on the first play.
