The practice squad is a lot harder to predict, but most of the guys you want make it through waivers to the PS. Prepare to throw vegatables, this is my prediction for who ends up on ours:

RB Bo Scarbrough

TE Dalton Schultz

WR Lance Lenoir (Noah Brown on IR)

OT from another team

OG/C from another team

DT from another team

LB Chris Covington

CB Marquez White

DB Charvarious Ward

DB Tyree Robinson

I think Robinson makes the team since he seems to be the DB getting looks of course that’s if we don’t get a safety on waivers or via trade.

I'm thinking they carry Heath, Frazier and Woods with the 4th safety acquired in a trade. If not Earl Thomas, then a veteran centerfield type that we acquire for a late round conditional pick. I want ET obviously, but I would be OK with the safeties we have as long as there is anther veteran backup.

I think Ward makes the 53-man roster. Most of the rest I agree with you.

I think he is still too inconsistent IMO he is the perfect practice squad guy in that he has real skills but need more time in the system.

So who do you have as your fifth cornerback?

Looks good Kaiser. I would throw Mike White on there. Just don't see keeping 3 QB's on the 53

I think Duke Thomas makes the 53. Has some return skills and a little more flexibility than Ward. Give Ward a year to develop on the PS. Agree with you

who r the candidates for the 4th safety spot again?

hmmm since we've been seeing Anthony Brown playing outside in practice this week, with Chidobe on the other side and Lewis playing slot, guess who the 3'rd safety is until Woods comes back. Say hello to the new FS Byron Jones. Fourth? That Seattle S not name Early Bird

Yearly practice squad predictions seem to be the most off.
It's tough to nail that and many of the guys seem to come from other teams.

What struck me is that of last year's 10 only 2 seem headed for the actual roster this year: Blake Jarwin and Kadeem Edwards.
Jarwin was our own UDFA and Philly tried to steal him last year. --that weird team loves TEs huh?
Edwards was a former 5th rounder of the Bucs a few years back that has bounced around.

OL and 1T seem to be the position mostly likely to promote after a coupe more years of growth.

They usually do sign 3 or 4 guys from other teams for the PS. We rarely keep 9 or 10 from the TC roster.

Neal could make it back to the PS if he has any eligibility for it. ,atbe Ross ate well. A LB Tre’von Johnson.
Another RB Trey Williams if not Bo or both.

Can’t see any current OL except maybe Campos, and not sure why him. Lol.

That's what I was thinking a week ago, but after the last game I think he showed enough that they don't want to lose him on waivers. I would definitely want him on the PS if possible, right now I'm thinking we would lose him.

I actually think Chris Covington might be the hardest guy to move to the PS on the list above, but I wouldn't mind if White stunk up the field tonight and does end up on the PS.

Not me. He may have made a push last year, but he's shown me nothing this year when he was expected to.

I'll go with the unknown in Ward over what's looking like known mediocre.

Dude, give it up. John Wayne died in 1976, let it go.

I have a funny story on that subject. Well it's funny to me anyway. My grandparents lived in Florida when I was a kid. And they bought a car from a salesman named John Wain. W-A-I-N. They told me that the guy was the spitting image of the actor and had even gone so far as to have claimed to have been flown to Hollywood and had pictures taken in the Duke's most famous scenes and outfits. I actually remember seeing the photo sheet with a bunch of the pictures on it. They said he told them that at one point they had considered making films with him as some sort of a replacement, but I guess things never got off the ground. An interesting story to me anyway. But I digress...

That's funny because most actors look absolutely nothing like what you see on the screen. The guy had to be a dead ringer.

Its not a ton of money, but body doubles can make pretty good money these days. Especially if they can do stunts or just the crap the name actor doesn't want to do.
