Saw this posted by a Boys fan on the other site, seems fairly right to me, but getting a lot of grief from skins fans.

I think if the OL protects Bledsoe has a shot, with the weapons he now has.

QB: Donovan McNabb
RB: Clinton Portis
RB: Tiki Barber
WR: Terrell Owens
WR: Santana Moss
TE: Jason Witten
OT: Flozell Adams
OT: Chris Samuels
OG: Chris Snee
OG: Shawn Andrews
C: Casey Rabach

DE: Osi Umenyora
DE: Darren Howard
DT: Jason Ferguson
DT: Cornelius Griffin
LB: DeMarcus Ware
LB: Marcus Washington
LB: Lemar Marshall
CB: Shawn Springs
CB: Terence Newman
SS: Roy Williams
FS: Brian Dawkins

That's not too bad...but, McSoup for QB?

Is this what you want during a most important game:puke: ?

I think you overrated Lemar Marshall. I think Pierce is better (but he's coming back from injury).

The Skins fan in me says you have to find a place for Sean Taylor.

Rabach will not make any all-NFC East teams...he's the weak-link on the line. Switch Casey with O'Hara, and put Randy Thomas at the guard spot in place of Snee.

Other than that, I don't see why Skins fans would have a problem...we're well-represented on that list. I guess some would be upset that Taylor's not on there, but at this point Dawk is still better.

Not a bad list at all, although Taylor should probably be on it.

I'd take Dawkins at FS over Taylor at this point any day of the week.

Damn, Skins fans taking this thread over and liking the list. I am sure there is something wrong with it now.:)

The NFC East definitely has the best trio of safeties from one division in the NFL.. Roy, Dawkins, and Taylor..

I would say that we also have the best trio of tight ends with Shockey, Witten, and Cooley..

He may have puked in that game, but over the last few seasons he has been the best of the 4 QBs in the NFC East. Of course Eli only has two seasons under his belt. Most guys that young don't put up good numbers that early in their careers.

Ok, I found the major problem with the list.

You can't have McNabb and TO on the same team, even if it's just a list.

TO is better than McNabb so we'll have to go with Brunell.

I would rather have Bledsoe or Brunell, or even Lil Eli over McChunk!

What type offense are we going to run? Because if it's not the WCO, McCompanyMan is not going to cut it!

How about Security Guard? Sean is good with guns, I hear!

:lmao:

Besides, Dawkins is better at that position.....

I actually think it won't be long before Eli is the best QB in the division.

QB: Donovan McNabb
RB: Clinton Portis
RB: Tiki Barber
WR: Terrell Owens
WR: Santana Moss
TE: Jason Witten
OT: Flozell Adams
OT: Chris Samuels
OG: Chris Snee
OG: Shawn Andrews
C: Casey Rabach

DE: Osi Umenyora
DE: Darren Howard
DT: Jason Ferguson
DT: Cornelius Griffin
LB: DeMarcus Ware
LB: Marcus Washington
LB: Lemar Marshall
CB: Shawn Springs
CB: Terence Newman
SS: Roy Williams
FS: Brian Dawkins

not bad but a few real head scratchers there IMO...Samuels and Adams both play LT, but if Adams is 100% he is clearly a better player...Andrews should only be on the list if your talking about who can slam the most big macs and whoppers in one sitting...Jason Ferguson didnt show anything last yr to warrant being on any "best of" list...Darren Howard was terrible last yr in New Orleans, how could anyone in their right mind pick him over Michael Strahan...not sure Lemar Marhsall should be on there either

I do

Manning is being vastly overrated...he just doesnt have much in terms of accuracy or arm strength to impress me...he might be an ok starter for the next several years, but thats all he'll ever be is "ok"

I'm sure most in the emdia will continue to give him a free pass though, since his last name is Manning
