It will be Smith. We had 27 offensive holding penalties in 2021 which means we were the most penalized OL in the entire NFL. The highest number in the past 10 years was 30 holding penalties by the Jags in 2019. With Smith on the team we can easily go over 30 and even push for an all-time record of holding penalties!
