for some reason we always seem to lose to the saints. and every year we seem to lose a game we should of won. thats the saints game.

I think the greatest uncertainty about our record stems from the games within our division.

Lots of jockeying and no clear favorite.

i've thought the same... i remember everyone was getting jacked up a couple of years ago because we anticipated julius to have a HUGE game against one of the worst run stopping teams in the league and we couldn't do anything on either side of the ball... testeverde was probably to blame tho...

The Saints are going to be a very good offensive team in 2006, especially if Drew Brees comes back healthy. Having Bush and McAllister in the backfield is a scary thing, and don't forget Bush will be utilized often in the passing game as well.

The only thing about this specific game that worries The Answer is the fact Sean Payton knows our offense and personell inside out (with the exception of TO of course).

We aren't likely going 8-0 at home this year, but The Answer don't see us dropping this one. The 3 home division games along with Indy will pose the stiffest challenges at home.

Parcels has about 3 wins v. teams .500 or better in the last 3 seasons!!!

Uh..?

Can Dallas really defeat Indianapolis, Tampa Bay, and New York (at the Meadowlands)?

I think we lose to Indy by just getting outgunned. Tampa Bay, we'll be tired, and its a tossup. New York? I think we'll lose. If we're lucky, we'll win 2 of the three you said we would.

11-5. Sounds right.

I think the letdown possibility w/ New Orleans is high. They've beaten us alot over the years.

We had 4 wins against teams over .500 last season alone

11-5 sounds pretty accurate.

Cowboys: 11-5
Giants: 10-6
Commanders: 8-8
Eagles: 7-9

I'd switch NO with one of the two Giants games. We likely split with the G-men but we might sweep the Skins.

I will be happy with 10-6 with our brutal division.

I don't think there is a team out there that we can't beat...it just depends on if we stay healthy and execute.

I remember that anticipation very well, it was a great embarrasment for me and a few Cowboy fans on another forum afterwards, we were predicting how many yards Julius would rack up, and then got slammed for being homers

I will concede a split but a sweep ?

Did you think the Commanders would sweep the Commanders last season ? I didnt expect it. I was hopeful for a split.

I'm not worried about Tampa, many of us wanted to face them in the playoffs, and I didn't see them getting much better in the offseason

well, according to the trackrecord of the last 11 years, the Cowboys sweeping the skins and the skins sweeping the COwboys are 2, altogether, different things :D
