If you think that Cowboys defense will hold San Diego to 10 points then you really have some issues...

28-21 in favor of Dallas.

I would travel across state lines at the age of 15, take my parents car before I even had my license just because the Cowboys game was being shown on another network if it was not on my own.

In 1992 I worked all summer so I could afford a Primestar dish and convinced my parents to get it so I could catch Cowboys games on 2 different networks in case they were not on cable.

In 1994 DirecTv launched NFL Network. For $800 at that time I could catch my Cowboys EVERY Sunday!!! As a Junior in highschool that was deal, I sold my car, gave my parents the money and have never missed a game since.

Lived in NY for 32 years. 24 hour drive to Texas Stadium. From 1996 to 2007 I managed to make that trip once a year.

Yeah, I'll be there on Sunday but to some around here, that's not good enough.

lol not sure what any of that means. Never was questioning your fanhood.

My point is that we can't do anything about the Cowboys. We're fans, always will be fans. So we just have to deal with the results.

I think we will lose and the wheels will come off on the season.

I just think we will look like our usual dominant selves until we just decided to get lazy and lose focus.

Then we will do something off the wall to blow away our season.

This Cowboy team lacks true coaching leadership. Its head coach is too busy being a defensive coordinator that he ignores all team-leadership aspects of being a head coach. On top od that, this team has an offensive coordinator who is a coordinator in name only becuase he cnstantly gets outcoached. And the players play-down to their competition every week and often get outplayed as a result.

I think it will be a fairly high scoring game. they are very banged up on defense so I think we will put up some points. right now though I just don't trust our defense to stop the Chargers. It's a toss up imo but i'll go with us hoping we can stay alive.

Wow, what a difference a week makes.

Last week in the Giant's prediction thread, there was not 1 single post that had the Giants winning. Almost all the post were Boyz by double digits.

So far in this thread, we have 8 posters picking the Chargers. So we went from 0 posters last week to 8 posters this week picking the enemy. Like I said, what a difference a week makes.

For whatever reason I've felt better about this game than I did the Giants game for a few weeks now. I don't think we're better than San Diego, but you don't have to be better to beat a team once in this league.

We've lost a pair of games this year (Green Bay, New York) where the opponent benefitted by having its back against the wall. Suddenly, we're in that position. We NEED this game. We'll see if we can respond appropriately.
