Let's trade up and get Mike Evans. I just saw him interviewed and not only was he wearing tennis shoes with his suit, but when he talks he sounds just like Elvis. Gotta have him.
There is a zero percent chance of that happening. Actually is less than zero is possible.
We will use next year's 2nd rd pick to move up for Barr.
Then we will trade our 3rd and a couple of 7th rd picks to go up for Shazier or Ward.
Two picks tonight.
IF Manziel falls to 16, we'll trade down and get more picks.
Also, I bet Manziel becomes a Jacksonville Jaguar with the 3rd overall pick, unless Houston does a block buster deal(could happen). I don't see how he'll fall out of the top 5 though with Houston, Rams, Jaguars, Browns, and the Raiders, literally all those teams are looking for a QB.
I would be moist if that happened.
The draft begins 8 EST. The draft last year ended around 11:30 pm. Teams get a full 10 minutes to decide their fate. For all of those out there that can only catch the Cowboys' pick due to various circumstances, I'm going to say we will select no earlier than 9:15, but no later than 9:45 pm.
I think there is roughly an 80% chance we move down to acquire additional picks while still getting our man.
On a side note: Mayock is probably wrong, but man, wouldn't that be something to see Manziel holding up a Cowboys home jersey? Personally, Donald or Barr would be just fine with me.
I bet your popcorn is stale by now, unless you choked on it or sent the bowl flying across the room when ol' jerrah gave the approval for the selection of Martin. JF is a head case who's career will be a colossal failure just as all the other QB's who have been selected by the Browns. Cleveland doesn't have a good track record of selecting QB's in the 1st round.Johnny Manziel is just a few hours away from becoming a Dallas Cowboy. I don't want anyone cursing my name when it happens. My popcorn is ready.
You have no idea what the chances of the happening are
