Nothing like a little cardio-vascular to start the season! I should live until I'm 100. I'm really hopin' to win but more importantly....... I'm just lookin for some signs of improvement. A sign of things to come.

Close game but we get the TD as opposed to them getting only the field goal on one drive. The difference will be the Chargers secondary vs our secondary. I think we have the edge there.

In the 1st game of the season, I think SD has a big advantage because of the continuity that they have. Add in home field advantage and I think SD has a big edge.

If this game was in Dallas I would feel better about it.

Parcells will try to establish the run first with little success. After a few three-and-outs our offense will go to the pass and start to move the chains and get on track midway through the second quarter and proceed to put some points on the board. Our defense will make big plays but also give up some costly plays to put us behind early. As the game progresses our defense will create turnovers but it won't be enough to hold back San Diego in a squeaker, 24-21.
