I have to be optimistic. I expect a better season this year than last but It's going to be tough to beat a AFC playoff team from last year on the road. I will be rooting for the upset. But I think the Chargers will pull this one out at home.

Our defense doesn't fold in the fourth and has three takeaways.

Our offensive line protects Bledsoe and is able to move Williams in the running game.

Payton returns to form handling the play calling responsibility and keeps them off balance the whole game utilizing what they give us.

Returning most or all of your starters year after year is considered a liability these days. See our defense from 2003 to 2004.

I think Dallas wins a tight game. We are due for a win in the season opener...haven't had one so far this century.
