drew breeze has a sore ankle but is suppose to be fine by game time.........
san diego's defense last year couldn't have stopped o.d.wyatts high school offense, but is supposed to be vastly improved this year.................
there offense is explosive with most of their strength coming from their running game........
sound familiar any of it, it should........
game a push, with the slightest edge going to Tuna, who wants to prove a point after last years fiasco..........

SD's premier redzone threat gone and both their ordinary WR's and running game suffer to a degree because of the absebse of Gates

I do. Forget 2004. We're a different team, and so is San Diego. Antonio Gates will be in street clothes for this one, and this team has very little offensive outside of LT.

I'll call this one a 17-6 W. I think the defense proves that it will be a force to be reckoned with in this game, forcing two turnovers, 4 sacks and stacking the line against LT. Bledsoe is 13 of 26 for 130 yards, 0 TD, 1 INT but Julius Jones rushes for 120 yards and two touchdowns. Brees is picked off twice, once by Anthony Henry and the second by Aaron Glenn. I'll give the sacks to... Demarcus Ware, Roy Williams, La'Roi Glover and Greg Ellis.
