The media is built on a false pretense these days.

There's a reason why people like myself have a general disdain for the media but rarely say anything about the TMZ and the National Enquirer.

TMZ and the National Enquirer are pretty much clear about who they are and what they are doing.

But when press demands the respect of a professional journalist and then they do the opposite...I'm not afraid to remind them of how full of it they truly are.

And journalism was doing just fine for decades with being professional and 'getting the facts'...even with the National Enquirer selling gazillions of dollars.

I must have missed the reasoning on this. Why did Henderson order Kia Roberts to testify in the appeals hearing? What did Kessler do to get Henderson to allow her to testify?

I think Henderson was denying everything Kessler was asking for that he felt he had to give him something and allowing Roberts to testify probably seemed benign to him at the time. He probably didn't know she would blow the whole case up.

Honestly, Lisa Friel might be the greatest villain in this whole sham. Where are the cameras trained on this woman? Why is she not subject to a full bore media onslaught?
