Heres the full memorandum. The full injunction was awarded. Can a mod please edit the title to reflect this?
Judge Wallach said:Pending before the Court is Petitioner’s Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order or Preliminary Injunction (Dkt. #5). The Court has a very limited role in this case. The Court is being called upon to determine, at this preliminary stage, whether Dallas Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott (“Elliott”) received a fundamentally fair arbitration hearing. The question of whether there was credible evidence of domestic abuse is not before the Court. Nor are any of the underlying facts in the dispute between Elliott and Tiffany Thompson (“Thompson”). Based upon the preliminary injunction standard, the Court finds, that Elliott did not receive a fundamentally fair hearing, necessitating the Court grant the request for preliminary injunction.
So it appears that he will be reviewing whether or not the evidence was credible. He already favors Zeke regarding fairness.
NFL is going to lose so hard.
