Spanish transfer window closes on 31st of August and Real Madrid are going after Hazard in a big way, I think He may be gone soon, Willian and Courtois are also good candidates to be gone soon.
With the PL window closing on August 9th, it means that Chelsea will have to wait till January to bring in replacements.

Courtois is gone. Hazard is staying for now. He just updated his AVI with the armband to Chelsea from Belgium.
Chelsea won't sell him now cause too late for a replacement.
Willian turned down chance to go to Man U which costs us Martial and we refused Barca advances for him because of price but I guess that could re-occur.

I missed Courtois leaving (not sure how I managed that)
Never liked Him that much, average GK and He looks like Charles de Gaulle.
Still think closing Our transfer window 3 weeks ahead of the rest of Europe is a bad idea.

Courtois rubbed most Chels fans the wrong way. Spat with KdB over a girl cost us that player then he whined about his family being in Spain as if London is a bad place to live. LOL.
 
wow a premier league thread. I follow Arsenal so it’s not been a great start clearly. Man city will win it again this year. I’m picking Liverpool 2nd. 3rd will be between the Spurs, Chelsea, and Man U.

Anyone have ESPN+? Its awesome if you are a soccer fan. You get just about every game in every Euroleague + champions league for 4.99 a month. I just downloaded it as way to follow Juventus. Anyway, its way cheaper than Direct TV's soccer packages.


As a side note, I hate ESPN. lol

Just got back home from doing my miles. I see ARS is taking to CHE, 2-0 50th minute. I'm guessing this game is live and not a replay, on NBC.

Yes it's live.
Chelsea were awful 1st half, better so far 2nd half, Arsenal deserve the lead, although the 2nd goal was jammy.
 
Arsenal, like the first match with Chelsea, could have had 3-4 goals. Arsenal was on fire in the first 30 minutes.
