10 years of circular arguments but it gets us through the latest disaster.. Dak was not the sole reason we lost.. and his play wasn't probably even in the top 5 reasons we lost.. but there is simply no argument to be made that he didn't have a shocking last quarter. However him having a shocking last quarter is not that shocking when we know that he chokes in big moments on a frequent basis.

The number one issue is defence, there is no one (surely) that will debate that. However how can we build and pay for a defence when Dak takes a quarter of the salary cap?? The answer is... we can't. It has been a perpetual problem and the main reason why Dak will never take us to a championship.

It has been proven time and time again.. that if you overpay the QB they must be a once in a generation talent or you get lucky. There are very very few examples of highly paid mediocre/above average QB's winning championships.

Dak will win games.. he is an above average QB and his stats again this season look very very healthy. Then the defense gives him the ball on our own 40, needing only about 10 yards to be a realistic shot at a FG to take the lead.. and Dak takes us backwards 12 yards.. just inexcusable.

We need to move on from Dak, rebuild/build a defence and start again. Dak is going to Dak and we will stay in mid table hell.
