I think the thing that is so promising about Dak is he seems to respond well to pressure.
His head is in the game he does not fold so I think with more experience he will be the future.

If the Cowboys are 7-1 or 6-2 when Romo is healthy, and the bench Dak, that shows how dumb the front office and head coaches are.

At this point, if the team is still winning when Romo is 100%, ya have to let him continue. When/if he has that really bad game, then let Tony start the next week. It might wreck the team chemistry if they just hand over the keys to Romo while Dak is playing well.

If it takes Dak to falter in week 12, then so be it but he has to continue this ride for the time being. Have Romo waiting in the wings if that time comes.

I agree with this to an extent. If Dallas is 5-1, 6-1 or 7-1 when Romo returns, then you don't change anything. If the Cowboys are 3-3 or barely above .500, then you plug in the veteran.

The starting job is Romo's, but the reins don't need to be handed back to him until Dak (the team) crashes, which will probably happen when we face better teams.

There's no use getting worked up now about who should be the starter because I think that picture will become clearer before Romo returns.

The last Dak Prescott doubters, if there are still any, have gone into hiding. Today we saw what he does down multiple scores on the road.
It was a true test and Dakota didn't even flinch.

At this point its Dak Prescott that gives the Cowboys the best chance to win over an old, rusty and brittle Romo. He has been THAT good and getting better. The lack of turnovers has been huge for this team and hiding the defense. Dak gives this entire team a spark and attitude I have not seen in a long time. No Tyrone Smith, No Dez, No Colllins, no problem. The guy just keeps the team rolling forward.

I dont think Romo would have made it through that game yesterday. Probably would have been sacked 7 or 8 times and fumbled a few times as well.

Quickly down by 14, didnt even faze the kid. Unbelievable.

Dak has moved up to 13th in QB rating for season with a respectable 98.5.

His 68% completion puts him at 6th
His 1012 yard is 17th (but 4 QBs did not play yet)
His 3 TDs is 29th
His 0 Ints still has him tied for 1st
